Develop LNoB strategy for the Country Office Program Specialist , LNoB 2022/12 No Longer Applicable LNOB situational assessment for Uganda was completed in April 2023. This report was supposed to guide the development of the strategy. However, the CO does not have funds to develop the strategy at the moment.
LNoB strategy for the country program is under development to be concluded by 2022. Program Specialist, LNoB 2022/07 No Longer Applicable Only the LNOB assessment report was completed. The LNOB strategy has not been developed due to limited funding. The plan to develop it has been put on hold until a time when the CO has funds.
Recommendation: Develop a specific needs assessment of vulnerable groups and war / SGBV victims & survivors living with disabilities in accessing justice in the communities and design an appropriate strategy to adresse the identified needs and priorities. This will contribute to address observed impunity and challenges reported for vulnerable groups in accessing services of the justice.
