The Pacific Fund team is supported in many ways to build the skills profile of each team member. Project Coordinators (PCs) participate in training and receive regular technical support from the Suva-based team, including through site visits, webinars and training. Skills training ranges from VAW technical skills to financial management and reporting on grants, to provide better support to grantees. PCs are involved in and benefit from capacity development providers as well, so they can provide follow up support. |
